Extension Permissions

RedZoneHQ requests only the Chrome permissions needed to provide ESPN league sync.

• storage: saves sync status and synced team data locally.
• tabs: opens or focuses ESPN and RedZoneHQ tabs during sync.
• scripting: scans the ESPN fantasy tab and sends normalized data to RedZoneHQ.
• ESPN host permissions: allow the extension to read fantasy league data from ESPN pages the user can access.
• RedZoneHQ host permissions: allow the extension and website to communicate during sync.

The extension does not request the cookies permission in the standard sync flow and does not send raw ESPN cookies or passwords to RedZoneHQ.
