Connecting a league
Pick the path that matches your platform. Most users finish in under a minute.
How do I connect a Sleeper league?+
Open Connect League, pick Sleeper, and enter your Sleeper username. Sleeper's public API pulls your leagues automatically — no cookies or extension needed.
How do I connect an ESPN league?+
The friendliest option is Manual Import: paste your ESPN league or team URL. If your league is public we'll import it instantly. If it's private, you can either use the RedZoneHQ Chrome extension (once it's live in the Chrome Web Store) or fall back to Advanced ESPN Sync with SWID / espn_s2 cookies.
What if my platform isn't supported yet?+
Yahoo, Fantrax, NFL, and CBS can be added manually with Build My Team. Pick the platform on Connect League and enter your roster. We're working on first-class integrations.
The Chrome extension
What does the RedZoneHQ extension do?+
It enables one-click ESPN sync for private leagues by reading your existing ESPN session in Chrome. No passwords are stored on RedZoneHQ.
I can't find the extension in the Chrome Web Store.+
Our extension is currently in review with Chrome and isn't publicly listed yet. In the meantime, use Manual Import with your league URL — it works for any public ESPN league.
Does the extension work inside the RedZone HQ preview?+
No — Chrome blocks extensions inside embedded iframes. Open RedZoneHQ in a normal browser tab to use the extension.
Scoring & rosters
How is scoring detected?+
We read each platform's scoring settings (PPR, half PPR, standard) and apply them automatically. You can override scoring per team from your dashboard if it ever looks wrong.
Why does my roster look slightly different after sync?+
Roster snapshots are pulled at sync time. If you made moves on your platform after syncing, click Resync on Connect League to refresh.
Managing your teams
How do I resync a league?+
Go to Connect League, find the connected platform card, and use the Resync action (or the three-dot menu).
How do I view or disconnect connected teams?+
On Connect League, click the three-dot menu on a connected platform to view connected teams or disconnect the league. You can reconnect anytime.

Which platforms are supported?+
Live sync: Sleeper and ESPN. Manual / Build My Team: Yahoo, Fantrax, NFL, CBS.
Is RedZoneHQ free?+
Yes. Optional premium features may come later, but the core experience is free.
How often does data update?+
Live scoring and player data refresh every few seconds during games. League rosters refresh on sync (and on manual resync).
