Chrome Extension and ESPN Sync
If you use the RedZoneHQ Chrome extension, the extension may access ESPN fantasy football pages that you choose to open or sync. The extension uses this access to identify fantasy leagues and teams available to you and to read fantasy roster, starter, bench, matchup, scoring, league, team, and player information.
The extension does not collect or store your ESPN password. The extension does not intentionally send raw ESPN cookies, including espn_s2 or SWID, to RedZoneHQ. If authentication cookies are used, they are used locally by the extension only to request ESPN data that your logged-in browser session is already authorized to access.
The extension may store synced roster and league data locally in Chrome extension storage and may share normalized fantasy team data with RedZoneHQ so the website can display your My Teams dashboard.
RedZoneHQ uses fantasy league data from the extension only to provide and improve roster sync, matchup, alerts, and fantasy command-center features. We do not sell ESPN roster data, use it for personalized advertising, or transfer it to advertising platforms or data brokers.
The extension uses Chrome permissions such as storage, tabs, scripting, and ESPN/RedZoneHQ host permissions only as needed to open ESPN, scan the ESPN fantasy tab, communicate with RedZoneHQ, and display synced team data.
Users can clear synced data inside the extension or request deletion by emailing officialredzonehq@gmail.com. Synced league data is kept only as long as reasonably needed to provide RedZoneHQ features, until the user clears sync data, disconnects the team, or requests deletion.
